Update and Announcement 16/12/15

I am going to list a few things that are going to be happening. I want all members to follow the instructions and i expect that all senior members take notice.
First of All:
Recruitment
As of today, Recruitment is currently on HOLD. This is down to the big increase of new members, It is imperative that old Khan ways and Traditions as well as Khan Agendas and Rules are followed by ALL members, Currently with the overwhelming amount of new members we have been unable to make sure that The Khan culture is adopted by all. Do NOT be alarmed if you are wanting to join this faction as this Recruitment HOLD is temporary and will be lifted in a few weeks.
Second:
Core Members
It is true that WIPE is near and that a lot of older members are currently not playing as much as they once was, The Khans are a community and are more than just Reloaded so it should be noted that all Core members who are ONLINE at any given time should be on our TeamSpeak so that if you are needed you can be contacted easily, You should also be using the Khan Forum as often as possible to keep us informed with any changes. It is very important that new members are able to know who older members are not only to make us more of a Brotherhood but so that old traditions and Khan ways are rubbed off onto new members.
Thirdly:
Ranks
Some senior members are not taking there responsibilities seriously and are not doing much of anything, These positions are few and are needed for those that are doing exceptional things for The Khans. Once you have earned Khan Raider that position is yours for life regardless of activity but positions such as Captain, Raid Commander, Overlord and Right Hand are only given to active members who are actively using the added responsibilities to govern The Khans.. That said in the next week or so i will be removing key positions from individuals who are not using it to make room for those that will. We simply CANNOT have an army of Captains and above, If you are one of the people loosing the status you should not become MAD or HOSTILE towards your brothers as you will be able to earn the status once again. There will be no exceptions!
Lastly:
Trading
The Khans have our very own Barter Ground. That can be accessed via Fonline Reloaded section thekhans.boards.net/board/20/barter-ground It is essential that Khan members are offered any gear before any other faction. The powers that be are not happy that members are trading with our enemies first.. This just isn't acceptable.
New Members
Can all new members, ( Khanscripts and Bandits ) make sure that they have read the following pages.

NOTE
I want members to priorities TB / RT Patrols / Traps, Fucking with and Annoying all those who enter our Dominion is KEY to our Khan Agenda. TC and RENO are secondary objectives. Taking lead on hosting these will be highly appreciated and will not go unnoticed. This is a way to show that you are worthy of progressing in our Ranks.
I expect EVERYONE to read this thread, You may share ideas and points on this thread but the decision has been made.
