Just in time for the holidays - I've finally got my own office again, with fixed internet and setup for the next 18 months.
I'm calling it Khan Raider High Command!
Which means you'll be seeing a lot more of me around. It also means there are some big things coming that I've been forced to put off/unable to work on:
#1. The Laptops and HDD's - I actually can commit daily hours to this starting tomorrow, I plan to start shipments by the end of the week. (Thanks for patience)
#2. The Khanstitution will be completed! (Dec 15th or earlier)
#3. The Khanscription notice will be completed! (Dec 15th or earlier)
#4. A series of web updates to the www.khanscentral.com/new address - keep posting screenshots gentlemen
#5. Some Historical work at www.khanscentral.com/new - detailing some Neocron and WOW events (by Jan 1st)
#6. An org chart I've envisioned - that encompasses what we are about (Jan 1st)
The immediate plan for this organization is clear:
-We're going to continue building up our skill base, dominance, and recruitment - stamping out UV as the dominating force
-We're going to tighten the belt on our recruitment and cultural processes - bringing people up to speed with the culture of how we do things and the core values. This is what the Khanscription notice and Khanstitution are for
-Several Khans will be armed with new technical gear and computers, per ongoing discussions
-our lore from this season will continue to be documented and displayed.
BOTTOM LINE:
We don't know what changes will come post-wipe, but if we prepare our people for "beyond the game" as detailed;
We will arrive post-wipe well organized; with numbers, skillsets, establishment, and indomitable culture; We will have the technical and social tools to obliterate the competition; and OUR banner will rise high above the rest.
