I'm interested if we actually use something like roll20.net. Not going to play a voice simulation of DnD pep.

D20.net is a free to use Map maker and campaign runner.. it allows us to see a map, and do our own rolls. I suggest we use that for we can chat there, have our maps, and use any style of dice we wish.
the down side, its square mapping instead of hex mapping... we need to find something to get around this... I will keep looking for things to use..
Also, should I post whatever info I find here? or send them to asmo?
And anything else that needs to be done to get this ball moving, let me know, im willing to do whats needed so we can play sooner

Wasn't there a Fallout pen and paper game that came with Fallout 1?
I will participate if it's fallout based, and it sticks to Sci-Fi skipping the "magic"

use the % die rolling with SPECIAL. doing the skills wouldn't be hard. make all skill capped at 150%, max roll is 95% (cap is for penalty) skills work 5 + (int X 2) per lvl. hp starts at 30 + end then +3 hp per end per lvl. Having issues working the Action points, but i'll post something as soon as i come up with something.

I can imagine the Khan campaign now...
"You arrive at a peaceful village, that seems troubled by a local group of roughiens; the village elder approaches your group;
Doctor Meng slashes the elders throat before he can speak, Donnie goes for Fancy Lad snack cakes stash at the vendor, Sven grabs the children and begins strangling them two at a time; Asmodeus laughs critically hard, and B0wcaster rolls his eyes."
The Game master stops the game; decrying that the entire story arch was dependent on helping the village and fighting the roughiens.
Doctor meng grabs the elders hand now covered in his own blood, and demands that the elder draw an arrow in the sand to the location of the roughiens. The elder complies.
Don't worry game master, we'll make it work!

After slaughtering everyone in the village, and burning every building to the ground; your group returns to the corpse of the elder.
Crikket removes the elders Robe of +1 luck; whilst Doctor Meng scoffs: "Are you REALLY sure its +1?" Donnie having stuffed his face full of fancy lads chokes out " Doesn't matter khansidering the -slashing- discount we got it at".
Sven flexes his muscles and takes a selfie on his pip-boy, having crafted a belt of children bones (-8 CHR +4 STR + 100 MELEE)
Your group proceed along the route the elder indicated...
Along the journey you encounter a lone wanderer and his Brahmin. The wanderer openly approaches your group with a map in his hand
Doctor Meng slashes the lone wanderers throat before he can speak, and stuffs the map in the warm opening Donnie darts behind the Brahmin whilst Sven holds it's reins. Asmodeus critically slips,
B0wcaster removes the map from the wanderer's throat - noting "I finally understand why my teachers always insisted I never use red ink."
The game master threatens to quit; citing the now useless map, but Doctor Meng reassures him that there is still a story arch within the Roughien campaign.
Begrudingly the game master agrees to continue... Until Donnie names the Brahmin Arcanix.

If you cant find the story, the story will find you. be prepared as it might get a little bloody.
