We're gonna cap this phony mofo All I can think is that it's either a recruit that hasn't informed us yet or it's a fake. I guess when we cap them we can have them come here and explain themselves. Another idea is that it's some one who hangs around Reno who is trying to pretend to be a Khan so that we don't slay him like we have been doing to all in that region. |

I think it might be Nuc's re-roll/new character. Overheard some chatter on the radio last night, think that was what was happening. Btw Bison, can you re-add Heisenberg. to the faction? Had to do a re-roll on him.
