I think that's long overdue.
Since I cannot pledge anymore but still care about the fate of my former pawn and once promised him a pledge, I'll leave a short comment.
I've been rolling and helping him out a tad when he started out. From my observations, he's always eager to help, learn and improve. He's constructive with criticism and listens, I have never encountered him in a snappy or otherwise negative mood either. A fine addition to our ranks.
My humble opinion.
